The thermocouples used for temperature measurement generate a voltage corresponding to temperature due to the difference in thermoelectric power when two different metals are joined together, allowing for the detection of the amount of free electrons moving between the two contact points of the dissimilar metals. Therefore, using standard copper contact pins as connection terminals can cause discrepancies in the flow of electrons, resulting in inaccurate temperature measurements. In contrast, Globe Tech can propose a thermocouple-specific connector that enables accurate temperature measurement by using special metals employed in thermocouples (compensation wires) for the contact pins. Additionally, Globe Tech's connectors can be customized to various specifications by changing the internal contact pins and insulators, allowing them to be used as dedicated connectors that provide absolute reliability.
